Lino Printing for Beginners, 17.00-20.00, Friday 7th March, Falmouth Art Gallery, Council Chamber

Ages 12 and above.

Spend 3 hours with Hannah from SubmergeArt learning how to draw/transfer an image onto soft lino, safely cut it out, and then hand print it onto blank cards/printing paper ready to take home at the end of the session! 

What you will learn: 
• Understand vocabulary and techniques of printmaking. 
• Understanding the steps needed to plan and create a successful print. 
• Hand burnish/print using softcut lino and water-based printing inks onto blank cards/paper. 
• Take home your carving and hand printed cards and frame or give as a gift. 

All materials provided.
